It is with a very deep pain in our chest, we must report that Rosa Maria Chacon, just 21 years of age, has been located and is deceased. Our hearts go out to her parents, family and all those who know and love her.
The circumstances of her disappearance and death were suspicious at best, and we want to ensure that a thorough investigation is taking place.
