With a heavy heart, we must report that Paul Campbell has been located and is deceased. Our deepest condolences to his family, friends and all those who know and love him.
Paul was last seen July 10, 2020 on the 280 Illinois/Iowa bridge.
Rest in Peace Paul.
Paul's remains were found July 7, 2021 near Muscatine in the river.
He was identified August 13, 2021
No foul play is expected.
